Common use of Client's interest Clause in Contracts

Client's interest. (a) For the purposes of clause 6.3(a), at any time the Client’s share of the Common Stocked Grain will be equal to that proportion which the quantity of the Client’s Grain at the time bears to the quantity of that Common Stocked Grain at that time.
