Common use of Client’s Trademark Clause in Contracts

Client’s Trademark. The Provider may want to publish the Client’s name or logo on its website for the purpose of reference to Services provided. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Client hereby agrees with the use of its commercial name, brand name, logo or registered trademark on the Provider's website [xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx]. Such Provider’s right shall be free of charges and shall not be limited in terms of territory or time.
