Climatic Conditions Committee. The National UPS/IBT Safety and Health Committee is also re- sponsible for the Climatic Conditions Committee, formulated to review severe climatic conditions that may seriously affect employ- ees in different geographic areas. The Committee shall have the authority to resolve factual issues before it and its decision will be final and binding. Cases that are deadlocked by the committee shall be referred to the National Grievance Committee.
