Training Committee. The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
Training Committee. The Sheriff has sanctioned, recognized and agreed to a joint Department/DSA Training Committee. The joint Training Committee shall consist of two representatives designated by the DSA and two or more persons designated by the Sheriff. The primary purpose of the Training Committee is to assist in identifying specific training needs and suggesting solutions to meet those needs.
Training Committee. The LSNYC Labor-Management Committee shall develop recommendations for training events, evaluate training events that are conducted, and consult with Employer and employees concerning training needs.
Training Committee. In accordance with the assumptions in the Main Agreement, issues related to competence development can be discussed and dealt with in the individual company committees, cf. Main Agreement, Part B, chapter 1. If the company does not have a company committee or the parties locally agree, the said issues can be dealt with by other established committees or by a separate training committee where the parties are equally represented.
Training Committee. The Contractor will maintain a training committee in accordance with CALEA standards which will meet in person twice a year to discuss training issues. Additional meetings may be called as needed. RGCOG will be provided with a copy of the minutes of these training meetings for its files. The Contractor will conduct at least one training meeting with law enforcement representatives from the RGCOG rural jurisdictions at least once a year. Representatives from these agencies will be invited to attend meetings in El Paso and will be provided a copy of training committee minutes. RGCOG will be provided a copy of the quarterly training schedules in advance.
Training Committee. A Training Committee, consisting of not more than four (4) representatives of the Board and not more than four (4) representatives of the Association shall be established to discuss training issues. The Committee shall have such additional resources as the parties may agree are required.
Training Committee. The University and the Union agree to establish a training committee with up to three (3) representatives from the Union, and three (3) or more representatives from University management. Each training committee member’s term of service will be one year in duration. The Training Director of Human Resources Management will convene and oversee this committee. The committee’s responsibility, with respect to programs involving members of the bargaining unit, will be to evaluate and recommend relevant training topics, including the following:
A. expand admission of members to the various training programs already conducted or arranged by the University;
B. evaluate and recommend additional training programs most likely to meet future needs, including the upgrading of current programs and the identification of new;
C. seek funding for maintenance of training programs; and
D. establish curricula for recommended new programs or changes in curricula in existing programs to make such programs more effective.
Training Committee. There shall be a Training Committee consisting of three (3) Union representatives and three (3) representatives of the Employer. This committee shall meet periodically to review current training programs and at such meetings, the Union may formulate and recommend proposals for employee job training.
Training Committee. An Electric Utility Department Training Committee has been established. The purpose of this committee is to review training available to employees in the department and coordinate the development of proposals for use of department resources to provide opportunities for departmental employees to take part in such on the job training during work hours. The committee will be advisory to management and will consist of an IBEW appointed representative of each division of the department and management appointed representative(s). The committee will meet as necessary, but not later than two (2) months prior to the required date of submission of the initial annual budget requests by the department. Either management or the IBEW may call for at least four (4) meetings per year.
Training Committee. The LSNY Training Committee, consisting of equal numbers of voting members representing the Employer and the Union (but not less than a total of six (6)), shall develop recommendations for training events, evaluate training events that are conducted, and consult with Employer and employees concerning training needs. Union representatives shall be given reasonable release time to prepare for the participation in Training Committee activities.
