Clinical Laboratory Scientist II. In addition to all of the qualifications and duties performed by the Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, the Clinical Laboratory Scientist II must have demonstrated acceptable judgment and technical skill and must have demonstrated supervisory ability and must have at least one (1) year acceptable experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, Step 5, and shall be in charge of a specialized department or work on a shift involving a variety of tests in several different departments when assigned by rotation with a minimum of supervision and must assist in supervising Lab trainees, Lab Assistants, Lab Aides, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, etc., and must relieve the supervisory Clinical Laboratory Scientist as delegated.
