Common use of Clinical Program Clause in Contracts

Clinical Program. With respect to each Licensed Product for which the Pre-Clinical Program is successfully completed as determined by the JDT, PTI shall, at its sole expense, use commercially reasonable efforts to (i) conduct all reasonable activities relating to the clinical development for such Licensed Product and (ii) make all applications, requests for authorizations and submissions to appropriate Regulatory Authorities, for the purposes of obtaining Product Registration in the Major Market Countries in the Territory for such Licensed Product to the extent reasonably necessary for PTI to discharge its obligations pursuant to Section 8.5 (the “Clinical Program”) subject to the remaining terms of this Section 3.1.
