Common use of Clinical Study or Study Clause in Contracts

Clinical Study or Study. any set of procedures and any systematic testing conducted on study subjects intended to: a) discover or verify the clinical, pharmacological or other pharmacodynamics effects, b) identify any adverse reactions, c) study absorption, distribution, metabolism or excretion of one or more investigational medicinal product(s) further specified in Article 1 with the objective of ascertaining its safety or efficacy.
