Clinical Trial Holds. Each Party will promptly (but in any event within [***]) inform the other Party in the event that any Clinical Trial for a TAK-385 Licensed Product is suspended, put on hold, or terminated in its respective Territory prior to completion as a result of any action by a Regulatory Authority or such Party voluntarily.
