Common use of Close a unit trust portfolio Clause in Contracts

Close a unit trust portfolio. The Manager may close a unit trust portfolio, or any unit class thereof, at any stage to new investments (including additional lump sum investments). The Manager may do this because of Exchange Control Regulations, to allow the unit trust portfolio to be managed in line with its investment mandate, or because of a business decision the Manager makes.
