Close-out Reports. (a) Grantee shall submit a Close-out Report within 60 calendar days following the end of the period of performance for this Agreement. In the event that this Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Term, Grantee shall submit a Close-out Report within 60 calendar days of such termination.
