Weekly Reports. The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: Class Notices mailed or re-mailed, Class Notices returned undelivered, Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received, objections received, challenges to Workweeks and/or Pay Periods received and/or resolved, and checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Reports must include provide the Administrator’s assessment of the validity of Requests for Exclusion and attach copies of all Requests for Exclusion and objections received.
Weekly Reports. The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: (i) Class Notices mailed or remailed; (ii) Class Notices returned undelivered; (iii) Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received; (iv) objections received; (v) challenges to Workweeks and/or PAGA Pay Periods received and/or resolved; and (vi) checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Reports must include provide the Administrator’s assessment of the validity of Requests for Exclusion.
Weekly Reports. The Sector Manager will submit Weekly Sector Reports of all landings and discards by sector vessels, to NMFS, as required. The Sector will submit required reports using the format and procedures prescribed by NMFS. The Sector will continue to work with NMFS to improve the weekly reporting system and requirements.
Weekly Reports. If a Weekly Reporting Period is then in effect, no later than the second Business Day of each calendar week, a Weekly Report with respect to (and computed as of the last day of) the then most recently completed calendar week.
Weekly Reports. On each Monday commencing on September 5, 2005, and continuing on each Monday thereafter, Borrower will deliver to CF in form, content, and detail satisfactory to CF, written reports from Borrower (executed and certified by Borrower’s authorized representatives):
3.11.1 Describing any and all actions, communications, negotiations, and other developments regarding the Unfunded Payroll Taxes and/or the Enforcement Notice during the previous week, including, without limitation, any and all communications and negotiations with the IRS that relate to any of the foregoing, in order to assure GECC of Borrower’s continuing best efforts to arrange for and resolve such matters;
3.11.2 Updating Borrower’s progress with respect to refinancing from Meridian;
3.11.3 Updating status of Parent’s equity offering to Baron Partners LP; and
3.11.4 Updating each of the information and document requirements stated in this Agreement. All such written reports must be delivered to CF via overnight courier to the attention of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
Weekly Reports. As soon as available and in any event not later than the second Business Day of each calendar week, a Weekly Report as of the most recently completed calendar week, but only so long as (A) a Ratings Event shall have occurred and is continuing as of such date and (B) the delivery of Weekly Reports has been requested by the Majority Purchasers following the occurrence of such Ratings Event.
Weekly Reports. Weekly, on Tuesday of each week (as of the then immediately preceding Saturday) the Lead Borrower shall provide the Agent with a sales audit report and a flash collateral report (each in such form as may be specified from time to time by the Agent). Such report may be sent to the Agent by facsimile transmission, provided that the original thereof is forwarded to the Agent on the date of such transmission.
Weekly Reports. In addition to the Budget, the Borrower shall weekly, on Tuesday of each week (as of the then immediately preceding Saturday), provide the Lender with a sales audit report and the flash collateral report that is submitted to Senior Creditor. Such report may be sent to the Lender by facsimile transmission.
Weekly Reports. Not later than seven (7) days after the end of each calendar week, the Ceding Company will provide the Reinsurer with reports showing more detailed information with respect to the Annuities described under "Weekly Seriatim Data File" in Schedule B hereto on a weekly basis. Further, the Ceding Company will provide the Reinsurer any additional data reasonably requested by the Reinsurer from time to time with respect to the Annuities.
Weekly Reports. On the second business day of each week, the Agent shall provide to the Global Support Team update reports for the prior week, showing: (i) dollar and case shipments by the top 25 Customers and by SKU (stock keeping unit), (ii) inventory levels by SKU for North America, (iii) collection activities by the top 25 Customers, (iv) agency fill rate for the top 10 Customers (Roundup Products ordered by Customers and shipped by the Agent by line item, unit and dollar amount), and (v) POS sell-through by SKU by the top 7 Customers that provide such information.
