Closing Costs and Other Settlement Expenses. a. Items Paid By Buyer at Closing: At closing, Buyer shall pay: (1) Georgia property transfer tax; (2) the cost to search title and tax records and prepare the limited warranty deed; and (3) all other costs, fees and charges to close this transaction, except as otherwise provided herein.
