Expense Reimbursement and Other Benefits. (a) During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, pursuant to Applica’s Travel and Expense Policy and upon the submission of proper substantiation by the Executive, including copies of all relevant invoices, receipts or other evidence reasonably requested by Applica, Applica shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually paid or incurred by the Executive in the course of and pursuant to the business of Applica or any Affiliates.

Expense Reimbursement and Other Benefits. The Company promptly shall pay, or reimburse the Executive for, all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred in the performance of his duties hereunder including, but not limited to, mobile phone, business class air travel, expenses and dues associated with Executive’s involvement with professional, industry, community, civic and charitable organizations, provided that the Executive properly accounts for all such expenses in accordance with Company policy.
Expense Reimbursement and Other Benefits. (a) During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, the Subsidiary, upon the submission of proper substantiation, by the Executive, including copies of all relevant invoices, receipts or other evidence reasonably requested by the Subsidiary, shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable expenses actually paid or incurred by the Executive in the course of and pursuant to the business of the Companies or any Affiliates, including first class or business class air travel.

In such connection, the Executive shall be entitled to travel on business class air (or first class if no business class is offered on a flight), stay in 4 star hotel accommodations (not to exceed $550 per night) and shall be reimbursed for all regular and necessary business and entertaining expenses on behalf of the Company provided that proper documentation is retained. The Company shall maintain an executive assistant for the Executive in New York City provided that such person may be required to provide additional support to the Company’s operations. The Company acknowledges that the Executive shall spend a majority of his time at the Company’s offices in New York City where he will carry out his principal duties. When traveling to Los Angeles on Company business the Executive shall be required to stay in a corporate apartment in or near Century City, Los Angeles CA that is approved by the Executive or other mutually acceptable location that is leased, directly or indirectly by the Company. If the Executive and/or the Company is required by a landlord to lease an apartment in the name of an individual person versus a corporation, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for such lease payments but in no event in excess of $80,000 per annum.
Expense Reimbursement and Other Benefits. Upon the submission of proper substantiation by Consultant, and subject to Corporation's sole discretion, including rules and guidelines as Corporation may from time-to-time adopt, Corporation shall reimburse Consultant for all reasonable expenses actually paid or incurred by Consultant during the Term in the ordinary course of Corporation's business. Consultant shall account to Corporation in writing for all expenses for which reimbursement is sought and shall supply to Corporation copies of all relevant invoices, receipts or other evidence reasonably requested by Corporation.

  • Vacation and Other Benefits Each Contract Year, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation in accordance with Employer’s applicable policies and procedures for executive-level employees. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in and receive the fringe benefits generally made available to other executive-level employees of Employer in accordance with and to the extent that Executive is eligible under the general provisions of Employer’s fringe benefit plans or programs; provided, however, that Executive understands that these benefits may be increased, changed, eliminated or added from time to time during the Term as determined in Employer’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Fees, Expenses and Other Payments (a) Except as otherwise provided in this Section 7.3, whether or not the Merger is consummated, all costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby (including, without limitation, fees and disbursements of counsel, financial advisors and accountants) shall be borne solely and entirely by the party which has incurred such costs and expenses (with respect to such party, its "Expenses").
