Closing Date for Submission of Proposals. Proposals must be received at UNAIDS at the address specified in section 2.8 no later than 12 August 2011 at 17:00 hrs Geneva time. UNAIDS may, at its own discretion, extend this closing date for the submission of proposals by notifying all bidders thereof in writing. Any proposal received by UNAIDS after the closing date for submission of proposals might be rejected.
