Common use of Closing Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Closing Fees and Expenses. The Liquidity Agent shall have ------------------------- received for its own account and for the account of the Liquidity Lenders any fees and expenses due and payable pursuant to Section 4.05 and Section 11.03 and any fees and expenses due and payable pursuant to any fee letters or commitment letters entered into with any Liquidity Lender and/or the Liquidity Agent.
