Common use of Closing Funds Clause in Contracts

Closing Funds. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that he or she will not be entitled to receive the transfer/deed to the Property for registration until the balance of funds due on closing, in accordance with the statement of adjustments, are either remitted by certified cheque in accordance with the Closing Direction via personal delivery or by electronic funds to the Vendor's solicitor (or in such other manner as the latter may direct) by no later than 3:00 p.m. on the closing date.
