Common use of Closing of Escrow Clause in Contracts

Closing of Escrow. The Closing shall occur within five (5) days of the Parties’ satisfaction or written waiver of both Developer’s Conditions Precedent to Closing and the Agency’s Conditions Precedent to Closing, but in no event later than the Outside Closing Date. The Closing shall occur at the Escrow. The Closing shall mean the time and day that the Grant Deed is filed for record with the Orange County Recorder. The Closing Date shall mean the day on which the Closing occurs.
