Closing of Streets - Formal Request for Approval. No street shall be closed for Contract construction until “REQUEST FOR FULL ROADWAY CLOSURE” has been submitted to and approved by the Commissioner. This form must be filed notwithstanding whether a provision in the Contract may provide for the closing of streets.
