CLOSING THE CARD ACCOUNT. Borrower may close the Card Account at any time by notifying the Bank in writing. The Bank may close the Card Account at any time without cause and without notice. When the Card Account is closed (whether by Borrower or by the Bank), the right to use the Card and Credit Card Checks and to make charges to the Card Account will be automatically revoked.
