Common use of Cloud FinOps Services level of service Clause in Contracts

Cloud FinOps Services level of service. During the Delivery Term the Customer shall receive the Cloud FinOps Services in the Adopt plan as described in the “Cloud Financial Operations - AWS” End Customer Service Description, which is incorporated by reference. This Addendum shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any terms in the Service Description and this Addendum.

This Addendum shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any terms in the Service Description and this Addendum.
