Common use of Cloud FinOps Services level of service Clause in Contracts

Cloud FinOps Services level of service. During the Delivery Term the Customer shall receive the Cloud FinOps Services in the Azure plan as described in the “Cloud Financial Operations - Multi-Cloud” End Customer Service Description, as it relates to Azure, which is incorporated by reference. This Addendum shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any terms in the Service Description and this Addendum.

Cloud FinOps Services level of service. During the Delivery Term the Customer shall will receive the Cloud FinOps Services in the Azure Accelerate plan as described in the “Cloud Financial Operations - Multi-CloudAWS” End Customer Service Description, as it relates to Azure, which is incorporated by reference. This Addendum shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any terms in the Service Description and this Addendum.
