Common use of Cloud Operations Clause in Contracts

Cloud Operations. Prior to gaining access to administer the Druva Cloud Services, Druva cloud operations personnel will undergo appropriate background checks. Access to the Druva Cloud Operations environment will be based on the principle of least privilege and be assigned on demonstrated and legitimate need to know basis. Druva will perform access control review of Druva employees managing day to day operation of the Cloud Services.
