Cloud Services Term Sample Clauses

The Cloud Services Term clause defines the duration for which cloud-based services will be provided under the agreement. It typically specifies the start and end dates of service, renewal options, and any conditions for extension or early termination. By clearly outlining the period of service, this clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes over service continuity or contract expiration.
Cloud Services Term. Unless otherwise specified in the Order, the Cloud Services Subscription term begins on the date that LogRhythm has provided Customer with, or enabled Customer to electronically download, a certificate or other authentication for access to the Cloud Service. The Support Services term for Cloud Services Subscriptions is concurrent with the applicable subscription term.
Cloud Services Term. The term for each subscription to the Cloud Services (“Term”) is: (i) the time period specified in the applicable Order, commencing on the date of last signature of such Order, except as may be otherwise set forth in an applicable schedule, or (ii) for transaction- based Cloud Services, the Term shall be the validity period for processing the transactions and any renewal thereof, as set forth in the Product Description Schedule unless specifically stated in the Order. Upon the expiration of the Term, the subscription to the Cloud Services and/or the transactions in the applicable Order will terminate and Customer’s access to the Cloud Services will cease, unless both parties have signed a new Order for a renewal Term.
Cloud Services Term. (a) The Cloud Services will be provided for the term as set out in the relevant Statement of Work (Initial Cloud Services Term). (b) The Nominal Insurer may, at its absolute discretion, elect to extend the Initial Cloud Services Term for such further periods each of such duration as may be set out in the relevant Statement of Work on the terms and conditions then in effect by giving at least 180 Days written Notice to the Service Provider.
