Club Maintenance Charges. The Club will be charging a maintenance charge payable periodically and separate charges for using some of its facilities. The Fees and the Charges will be fixed in a manner from time to time so that these are sufficient for the Club to maintain its services and facilities as that of a first-class respectable Club.
