Common use of Club Membership and Automobile Clause in Contracts

Club Membership and Automobile. If prior to the Change in Control, the Executive was entitled to membership in a country club and/or the use of an automobile, he shall be entitled to the same membership and/or use of an automobile at least comparable to the automobile provided to him prior to the Change in Control.
