Car Sample Clauses

Car. 7.1 You will be provided you with a car of suitable age, make, model and specification during the continuance of your employment in accordance with the policy laid down by the Company from time to time and the Company shall pay all standing and running costs relating to it (including the cost of fuel for private mileage) but not any taxable benefit arising. You shall comply with all rules laid down by the Company in relation to Company vehicles, notify the Company immediately of any accident involving your car and of any charge brought against you for a motoring offence and, unless otherwise agreed, shall return the car to your place of work forthwith on termination of your employment.

Car. 11.1 During the Employment, and while the Executive holds a valid driving licence, the Company shall provide a car benefit to be agreed with the Executive and subject to the Company’s Car Policy as may be in force from time to time.

Car. The Company also shall provide the Employee during his or her employment under this Agreement with the full time use of a car selected by the Employee and comparable to the car available at present. Such car shall be used by the Employee in accordance with any and all general car policy(ies) as the Company may from time to time adopt. Such car shall be selected, maintained and replaced in accordance with the Company’s general policy on cars for employees having need of a car for such use.

Car. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall provide Executive with a car (or a reasonable car allowance) of similar make and model to the car the Company owns or leases on behalf of the Executive as of the Effective Date for Executive’s use.

Car. The Company shall provide for you (subject to you being qualified to drive) a car or alternatively a cash allowance in accordance with its Car Policy in place at the time. You shall abide by the terms of this policy, take good care of the car, procure that the provisions of any policy of insurance are observed and return the car, clean and in good repair to the Company's registered office immediately upon the termination of your employment.

Car. During the term of this Agreement, the Company shall provide the Employee with an automobile of a type customary for executives in similar positions and shall pay for operating expenses incurred in connection with the use of the automobile, including the costs of insurance, gas, maintenance and car phone.

Car. During the term of this Agreement, Company will provide Executive with a luxury automobile. Any amount included in Executive's W-2 wages relative to this car shall be grossed up for tax purposes. (The term " grossed up" as used in this Agreement refers to a payment to Executive in an amount that, after reduction for any income or excise taxes due, is equal to the net amount payable.)

Car. In the event the Employee is provided with a car (the “Car”), the Car, if provided to Employee, shall be for work related purposes only, in accordance with the Company’s vehicle policy and subject to the provisions of Annex A hereto and the Car Use Appendix attached hereto as Annex D. It is hereby clarified that the Car shall come in lieu of any payment in respect of travel expenses required by law. The use of the Car shall not be considered in any case whatsoever as part of the Monthly Salary and Employee will not be entitled to receive any social benefits on the imputed income related to the grant of the Car hereunder, and shall bear all taxes and other compulsory payments associated with such imputed income.

Car. 8.1 Subject to the Executive holding a current driving licence for motor cars valid in the United Kingdom, the Company will provide the Executive with an annual car allowance of £8,000, such allowance to be paid monthly, in arrears. 8.2 The Executive must inform the Company immediately if he is disqualified from holding a driving licence or if any other charges of driving offences are made against the Executive and this Clause may not apply during any period of disqualification.

Car. The Executive shall be eligible to receive either a company car or a non pensionable cash allowance payable each month in accordance with the Employer’s car scheme from time to time. Currently the company car allowance is £12,000 per annum.
