Clubhouse Only Sample Clauses
The 'Clubhouse Only' clause restricts the use or access of certain facilities, services, or benefits exclusively to the clubhouse area of a property or organization. In practice, this means that amenities such as lounges, meeting rooms, or recreational spaces designated as part of the clubhouse cannot be used elsewhere on the premises or by individuals not authorized for clubhouse access. This clause ensures that the clubhouse remains a dedicated, controlled environment, preventing unauthorized use and maintaining the intended exclusivity or function of the space.

Clubhouse Only. Include with the application, one check from the homeowner/renter made payable to Oak Lake Association, in the amount of $250.00 ($150.00 per day non-refundable usage fee plus $100.00 security deposit). The security deposit will be returned to the homeowner/renter within 45 days from the date of the event if the Clubhouse is left in clean and acceptable order and if no infractions have occurred. If there is any damage, a loss of the security deposit plus additional charges may occur.
