Rental Fee Sample Clauses

Rental Fee. Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.

Rental Fee. Lessee shall pay to Lessor $421.82 for the first (1st) year of this Lease as the rental fee for the above-described space. Lessee shall pay to Lessor the rental fee in annual installments on or before the 10th day of January each year. The annual rental for the first full year of this Lease shall be $0.156 (2024 rate) per square foot (see Paragraph 2 above for the total square feet). If this Lease begins after January 1st, then the first year shall be prorated on a daily basis. The rental fee, after the first year, shall be increased by 3.5% annually or adjusted yearly in an amount according to the State of Wyoming Department of Administration and Information, Economic Analysis Division Table III Annual Inflation Rates by Region Cost of Living Index based on the fourth quarter of the preceding year, whichever is greater. Lessor shall in writing notify Lessee by December 15th of the increase in rent starting in the following January. The increase shall take effect on January 1 of each year. A delinquency charge of 1.5% per month of the current rental fee shall be added to any rental fee that is more than thirty (30) days delinquent. After the lease term of fifteen (15) years and any renewals, the rental fee may be increased, renegotiated or changed, and new methods of calculation may be used.

Rental Fee. The rental fee is $ and must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the rental date (see section 10 for cancellation policies). A separate damage deposit of $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) must be paid at the time this agreement is signed.

Rental Fee. You agree to pay the Rental Fees for the corresponding product ("Equipment") to Nikon in the manner as set forth in the Annex A as attached hereto. Unless otherwise agreed, the Rental Fees shall be immediately payable upon collection of the Equipment at Nikon Experience Hub, Funan, Singapore.

Rental Fee. The price payable to the Owner by the Tenant for the tenancy (the “Rental Fee”) will be established in advance between OAB and the Owner. OAB shall collect this sum from the Tenant on the Owner’s behalf as the Owner’s agent, as well as a security deposit of a sum equal to 25% of the Rental Fee (the “Security Deposit”). The Tenant shall be required to pay the total fees due as set out below: a) A booking deposit of 25% of the Rental Fee must be paid on booking; b) The balance of the Rental Fee along with the Security Deposit must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the Event (or at the time of booking, where the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the Event).

Rental Fee. The storage fee is payable in monthly installments each of which is due, along with any other charges for the month, on the first day of each month in advance, at the rate set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. Renter will be sent a monthly statement setting forth the monthly fee and any other charges. Non-Receipt of billing statements does not relieve Renter of any obligations herein. All payments shall be made out to NARROWS MARINA LLC, 0000 X. 00XX XXXXXX, XXXXX 000 XXXXXX, XX 00000, or at such other address as Operator may designate. If the commencement date is other than the first day of a month, the first monthly installment shall be prorated.

Rental Fee. The cost of a 9' across the front x 10' deep booth is: $700 for March show and $600 for November show.

Rental Fee. The rental fee is seven hundred dollars ($700.00). This is a fee and not refundable.
