CMN ROYALTY FOR NETOPIA SALES OF SDSL ROUTER. Subject to Section 4, Netopia shall pay CMN a royalty for all sales of the SDSL Router made by Netopia, excluding sales to CMN of the version of the SDSL Router to be marketed by CMN under the CopperRocket 301 product name.
