Common use of CMPA Members Clause in Contracts

CMPA Members. If the Employer is a member in good standing of the CMPA as of the date of remittance of the Administration Fee, the Employer shall pay to the CMPA-BC a sum equal to one percent (1%) of the Employees’ Gross Wages. This provision may not be reduced or waived without the written agreement of the CMPA-BC.
