CM@RISK’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. 6.2.1 The CM@Risk shall not commence any Work until it obtains all required insurance and delivers satisfactory proof thereof to the Owner. The CM@Risk shall not permit Subcontractors to commence Work until applicable insurance requirements have been complied with by Subcontractor.
