CNY Disruption Event. This Condition 7(d) shall apply if CNY Disruption Event is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement. If any amount in respect of the Notes is payable in Renminbi and the Issuer determines that by reason of any CNY Disruption Event, it is not reasonably practicable for either the Issuer or the Guarantor to pay such amount in CNY (an “Affected CNY Amount”), then notwithstanding any other provision in these Conditions or in the applicable Pricing Supplement, the Issuer may notify the Noteholders of such determination on or before the due date for payment (the “Original Due Date”).
