Pricing Supplement definition

Pricing Supplement means the pricing supplement included as Annex A to the Series Instrument.
Pricing Supplement means a shelf prospectus supplement that contains the price of securities distributed under an MTN program or other continuous distribution using the shelf procedures;
Pricing Supplement means the relevant pricing supplement to this Prospectus Supplement and the Prospectus. “Prospectus” means the short form base shelf prospectus of the Bank dated July 3, 2018.

  • The information in this Pricing Supplement supplements the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement and supersedes the information in the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement to the extent inconsistent with the information in the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement.

  • Where ISDA Determination is specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will be the relevant ISDA Rate plus or minus (as indicated in the applicable Pricing Supplement) the Margin (if any).

More Definitions of Pricing Supplement

Pricing Supplement means the pricing supplement issued in relation to a Series or Tranche of Exempt Covered Bonds in, or substantially in, the form of Part III to Schedule 6 hereto or in such other form as may be agreed to by the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Relevant Dealer(s);
Pricing Supplement means the relevant pricing supplement to this Prospectus Supplement and the Prospectus. “Principal Amount” means $100 per Note Security.
Pricing Supplement means, the pricing supplement attached to the Omnibus Instrument as Exhibit G as prepared by the Trust, in consultation with Protective Life, in connection with the issuance by the Trust of its Series of Notes and agreed to by Protective Life, the Trust and the relevant dealers or agents under the relevant Program Distribution Agreement, as such Pricing Supplement may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
Pricing Supplement means the pricing supplement attached to the Omnibus Instrument as Exhibit D as prepared by the Trust in connection with the issuance and sale by the Trust of the Notes and agreed to by Principal Life, the Trust and the Relevant Agents appointed under the Distribution Agreement, as such Pricing Supplement may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
Pricing Supplement. A supplement to the Offering Circular that describes the specific terms, of, and provides pricing information and other information for, an issue of Debt Securities or which otherwise amends, modifies or supplements the terms of the Offering Circular.
Pricing Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Pricing Supplement means the Pricing Supplement attached hereto as Annex D.
