Co-applicant Increase Clause Samples

Co-applicant Increase. To increase the number of co-applicants ( whether a person or a juristic person) under the right of the former distributor, Hylife requires that the request be made in writing and correctly, by increasing in the Distributor Agreement signed by both the applicant and the co- applicant. If the former distributor wishes to withdraw his/ her relationship from Hylife, he/ she must conform to the policy of Hylife. If he/ she fails to conform to the business policy, the relationship may be withdrawn when the former distributor withdraws. All bonuses and commissions will be sent to the address recorded for the capacity of the Distributor. In all cases, the co-applicant cannot get involved with the other distributor.
