Co-Branded Instant Messenger. Purchase Pro shall prominently promote ---------------------------- and distribute a co-branded version of AOL Instant Messenger through the Purchase Pro Exchange in accordance with the terms of an AOL Instant Messenger distribution agreement (the "AIM Agreement") to be negotiated and finalized by the Parties within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date until such time as AOL's new generation instant messaging product is available for distribution through the Purchase Pro Exchange. At such time as AOL's new generation instant messaging product is available for distribution through the Purchase Pro Exchange, the Parties shall execute a new distribution agreement relevant to that product and upon such execution, and the terms of the AIM Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit G shall become null and void.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

Rated Incollects will be intermingled with BellSouth recorded rated and unrated usage. Rated Incollects will not be packed separately. 6.1.3 BellSouth will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to Quality Telephone. 6.1.4 In the event that Quality Telephone detects a duplicate on ODUF they receive from BellSouth, Quality Telephone will drop the duplicate message and will not return the duplicate to BellSouth).

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • Jointly Provided Switched Access The Parties will use industry standards developed and routing based on the LERG to handle the Provisioning and Billing of Jointly Provided Switched Access (MECAB, MECOD, and the Parties' FCC and state access Tariffs). Each Party will xxxx the IXC the appropriate portion of its Switched Access rates. Qwest will also provide the one-time notification to CLEC of the billing name, billing address and Carrier identification codes of the IXCs subtending any Access Tandem Switches to which CLEC directly connects. This type of traffic is discussed separately in this Section.
