Common use of Co-Commercialization Agreement Clause in Contracts

Co-Commercialization Agreement. Following submission of the first NDA for a Product or at such earlier time as AstraZeneca may request, the Parties will negotiate and enter into an agreement (the “Co-Commercialization Agreement”) governing the Parties’ conduct of activities for Commercializing the Product in the U.S. The Co-Commercialization Agreement will be consistent with the terms of this Article 5, Exhibit I, other terms agreed by the Parties, and other customary terms for such an agreement.
