Progress Updates. After submitting the initial Transition Plan for CMS approval, the state must include progress updates in each quarterly and annual report. The Transition Plan shall be revised as needed.
Progress Updates. Xxxxxx shall submit periodic written updates to the Department’s project manager until such time as all activities related to the Property are complete pursuant to this Contract. The first update shall be due within thirty (30) days of the execution date of this Contract and semi-annually thereafter.

Commencing on the Execution Date, Supplier shall update GM periodically (and in any event no less than quarterly) on the progress of development of the Production Facility and the then estimated date of Commencement of Commercial Production. Progress Updates. The County Council will keep the other Parties informed on a regular basis through the Project Board as to the progress with the specifications and terms referred to in Clause 2.5 and generally in respect of the Excellent Homes For All Housing Project.

Progress Updates. During the Option Period, Cytokinetics shall provide Astellas with updates of the Cytokinetics Development Activities, as well as related regulatory, medical affairs and commercialization planning activities and any material updates on the timing of events that may trigger an obligation on Astellas to make a milestone payment or exercise its Option. Cytokinetics will provide Astellas with materials, documents and data (in summary form) pertaining to the Cytokinetics Development Activities that are in Cytokinetics’ possession and under the control of Cytokinetics in a timely manner, at least [*] in connection with the meetings of the JDC under the 2014 Agreement, or as soon as practicable after such time period. For clarity, such related materials, documents and data summaries will include analyses of the placebo data from the EMPOWER study, as well as updates on Cytokinetics’ activities related to the ALS Association initiatives for ALS guidance and guidelines.
(i) In addition, after Cytokinetics delivers to Astellas the Early Data Package, Astellas shall have the right to review the data set and analyses for VITALITY-ALS at Cytokinetics, upon Astellas’ reasonable request and at a time mutually agreed by the Parties.
(ii) After Cytokinetics delivers to Astellas the Late Data Package and/or the Deferred Data Package (if applicable), Astellas shall have the right to review related Regulatory Materials at Cytokinetics to the extent not previously not provided to Astellas, upon Astellas’ reasonable request and at a time mutually agreed by the Parties.
Progress Updates. Each Party shall keep the other Party reasonably informed as to its progress and activities relating to the Development, Manufacture and Commercialization of the Product in the Licensed Field or the Lilly Products in the Reserved Field (as applicable), including with respect to regulatory matters and meetings with Regulatory Authorities, by way of updates once every [***] to the other Party and as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In connection therewith, each Party shall provide the other Party with such information regarding such progress and activities concerning its Development Activities.
