Common use of Co-Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Co-Documentation Agents. The Co-Documentation Agents, in their capacity as such, shall not have any duties or obligations of any kind under this Agreement.

Co-Documentation Agents. The Co-Documentation Agents, acting in their capacity as suchsuch capacities, shall not have any duties or obligations of any kind under this AgreementAgreement or the other Loan Documents, express or implied. The Co-Documentation Agents, acting in such capacities, shall incur no personal liability by reason of being named the Co-Documentation Agents hereunder.

Co-Documentation Agents. The Co-Documentation Agents, in their capacity as such, Agents shall not have any duties duties, liabilities or obligations responsibilities hereunder in their capacities as such.
