Arranger. KeyBanc Capital Markets or any successors thereto. Assignment and Acceptance Agreement. See §18.1.
Arranger. The Arranger shall not have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.

Arranger. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Agreement or of the other Loan Documents, the Arranger, in its capacity as such, shall have no powers, rights, duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents. To the extent requested by the Administrative Agent, the Arranger has coordinated, or will coordinate, the initial syndication of the Loan and the assignment of interests in the Loan.
Arranger. The Arranger, in its capacity as such, shall have no duties or responsibilities, and shall incur no liability, under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Arranger. The Arranger has no duties or responsibilities whatsoever in connection with the operation or administration of the Facility.
Arranger. The Arranger shall have no right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Arranger shall not have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Holder of Secured Obligations. Each Holder of Secured Obligations hereby makes the same acknowledgements with respect to the Arranger as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 11.10.
Arranger. Except as provided in this Section 11 and in -------- Section 12.06(b), the Arranger shall not have any rights or obligations under this Agreement or in connection with the syndication of the Commitments hereunder, other than in its capacity as a "Lender" hereunder.
