Common use of Co-Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Co-Documentation Agents. Without limiting any provision contained in this Article VIII, the Co-Documentation Agents shall not have, except as to and to the limited extent expressly provided herein, any obligation, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the Co-Documentation Agents in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
