Common use of Co-Lead Class Counsel may attempt Clause in Contracts

Co-Lead Class Counsel may attempt. to obtain final rescission of any decision by a person or entity to request exclusion prior to Defendants invoking their rights under Paragraph 19.4. Neither Plaintiffs nor Defendants, or their respective counsel, shall solicit or advise potential members of the Settlement Class to request exclusion from the Settlement Class. If contacted by potential members of the Settlement Class about exclusion from the Class, Defendants will promptly refer such potential members of the Settlement Class to Co-Lead Class Counsel.
