Common use of CO- LEASING Clause in Contracts

CO- LEASING. If the contract is entered into as co-lessees by the undersigned, it is convened that the lessees may not open the leased Box except by the concurrence of all of them, either personally, or duly represented by persons with sufficient powers, or by any of them, provided that such person is authorized in writing by all the others. The same requirements shall be observed to terminate this contract and to withdraw the objects deposited in the Box upon termination thereof.
