SUB-LETTING. 3.9.1 If you are a Tenant or a lessee you will normally require the consent from your Superior Landlord/Freeholder or their Managing Agent before you can sub-let the Premises.

SUB-LETTING. Not to grant a sub tenancy of the premises or any part of the premises. To inform the Landlord in writing, and if possible in advance, if the tenant expects to be absent from the premises for more than 7 days. To give the Landlord at least 4 weeks’ notice in writing when the tenant wishes to end the tenancy, such notice should state that the notice period ends on the Sunday after the 4 weeks’ period ends. The 4 weeks’ period will commence on the Sunday after the notice is served (unless it is served on a Sunday when it will commence on that date).
