Common use of Co-mingling of Natural Gas Clause in Contracts

Co-mingling of Natural Gas. The Service Providers will have the right to co-mingle the Natural Gas supplied by the Shipper at the Receipt Point with other Natural Gas in the EGP during transportation and is entitled to deliver different molecules to the Shipper at the Delivery Point. Nothing in this clause relieves the Shipper of the obligation to supply at the Receipt Point and the Service Providers of the obligation to supply at the Delivery Point Natural Gas that meets the Gas Specification.
