Co-Promotion Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, AstraZeneca and its Affiliates shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to co-promote the Licensed Products with any other Person(s), or to appoint one or more Third Parties to promote the Licensed Products without AstraZeneca in all or any part of the Territory, provided however that the foregoing shall not adversely impact Ardelyx’s rights under the Co-Promote Option.
