Common use of Co-Syndication Agents Clause in Contracts

Co-Syndication Agents. None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as a Co-Syndication Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 9.07.

Co-Syndication Agents. None of the Lenders or other Persons identified in on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a Co"co-Syndication Agent syndication agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than than, in the case of such Lenders, those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such the Lenders or other Persons so identified shall have or be deemed to have a any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 9.07.MISCELLANEOUS
