Common use of Co-Trustees Clause in Contracts

Co-Trustees. The Trustee may, despite Clause 16.1, by notice in writing to the Issuer appoint anyone to act as an additional Trustee jointly with the Trustee: 16.3.1 if the Trustee considers such appointment to be in the interests of the Noteholders; 16.3.2 for the purpose of conforming with any legal requirement, restriction or condition in any jurisdiction in which any particular act is to be performed; or 16.3.3 for the purpose of obtaining a judgment in any jurisdiction or the enforcement in any jurisdiction against the Issuer of either a judgment already obtained or any of the provisions of this Trust Deed.
