More than One Trustee. Where, as a result of the provisions of this Clause 16, not all Series have the same trustee, the provisions of the relevant Security Documents shall apply in respect of each such trustee as if each were named as a party thereto. If, in respect of any single Series, there are more than two trustees, the majority of them shall be competent to perform the trustee's functions, provided the majority includes a trust corporation.

More than One Trustee. If the Plan has more than one person acting as Trustee, the Trustees may allocate the Trustee responsibilities by mutual agreement. The Trustees may agree to make decisions by a majority vote or may permit any one of the Trustees to make any decision, undertake any action or execute any documents affecting this Trust without the approval of the remaining Trustees. The Trustees may agree to the allocation of responsibilities in a separate trust agreement or other binding document.
More than One Trustee. If more than one Trustee is serving hereunder, any Trustee shall have the power to perform ministerial acts on behalf of the Trust created herein, but the agreement of a majority of the Trustees then serving shall be necessary for the performance of any discretionary acts by the Trustees. Ministerial acts shall include, by way of illustration but not limitation, the power to sign checks and other negotiable instruments, and other documents. Discretionary acts shall include, by way of illustration but not limitation, the decision to make distributions of income and principal, decisions as to the form of investments, and the like.
