Cobalt Alloy Sales. OMG undertakes that KCO shall undertake to purchase from the J.V. all or part of the Cobalt Alloy produced in the Processing Plant in accordance with the terms and conditions set up in the Long Term Cobalt Alloy Sales Agreement attached as Appendix 3 to this Agreement.
