Common use of Code of Conduct for Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Code of Conduct for Suppliers. The Principal Recipient shall ensure that the Global Fund's Code of Conduct for Suppliers, as amended from time to time, (the “Code of Conduct") shall be communicated to all bidders, suppliers, agents, intermediaries, consultants and contractors (the “Suppliers”). The Principal Recipient acknowledges and agrees that in the event of non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, to be determined by the Global Fund in its sole discretion, the Global Fund reserves the right not to fund the contract between the Principal Recipient and the Supplier or seek the refund of the Grant funds in the event if the payment has already been made to the Supplier.
